Sip ‘n Dip Valentine’s Chocolate Workshop
Indulge in a decedent workshop in Belgium chocolate dipped treats with Edna Sinclair of Muddy Toes Organics, in collaboration with Tom’s Pantry in Alexandria and Genesis Coffee. We bring community, learning, and coffee together for an evening of pure enjoyment.
In this workshop you will learn from chocolate expert, Edna, who will teach the differences between chocolates, ways to temper, melt and dip chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries, and techniques about chocolate that will last a lifetime.
Go home with a total of 1 dozen chocolates, made by you, the coffee mug of your choice, and a plethora of chocolate knowledge. Extra chocolate kits will be available for sale by Muddy Toes to continue creating at home.
Your coffee mug will be kept full of your desired choice of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Feel free to bring your own apron, otherwise one will be provided.
Register for one of two separate dates for this workshop at Tom’s Pantry : Wed Feb 5th at 6pm or Wed Feb 12th at 6pm. The fee is $75 per person, HST included.
This is a fantastic event for couples, singles, mothers and older daughter (suggested 13+), family, and friends. Men, do not be afraid. Your lady will not be disappointed in your new-found knowledge in chocolate couture.
