This is for MEN only as the episode takes place in a Men’s Maximum Penitentiary Prison. We are looking for men over the age of 18. All male applicants are welcome, however, we are in great need of people with diverse races and various ethnicities. Residents of Canada must have a Social Insurance Number and/or men with work visas are eligible.
We are also looking for some female background performers to play civilians.
Tell your friends and family members who would like to be a part of this exciting production. Experience is wonderful, but not required!
Required for the cast:
MALE prisoners, guards and some civilians – 150 males of all ethnicities with various “looks” (hardened etc.) Dates required: Tuesday, April 22nd to Tuesday, April 29th. However, you may only be needed for 1 day to 4 days within those dates.
● Tattoos – visible tattoos are fine. Required when hired: Must have a written clearance for each visible tattoo from each artist with a signature. visible tattoos are fine. You will need to copy the form for each artist’s signature.
General Information :
Scenes will be shot throughout the day within the prison’s interior cells and outside in the exterior prison yards. Required for some scenes: Shirtless/Tank tops. Jumpsuits provided. Shooting hours: vary in length from 8 – 14+ hours. Start times vary. You need to be available for the dates you have been selected.
Pay rate is minimum wage: $17.25 / hour with an 8 hour minimum. Full days include a 1 hour non-paid boxed lunch.
